I am doing research on Cerridwen. I am getting very confused by several resources such as in D.J. Conway's book CELTIC MAGIC. D.J. writes on page 84 that " The pentagram is a symbol of the Welsh Sow Goddess Cerridwen, otherwise known as the Morrigu,". I was under the impression that morrigan was a completely different diety from Cerridwen. Does anyone know of a good (read: not confusing and contradictory) resource for information on Cerridwen and the rest of the Celtic Pantheon? HELP PLEASE!!!

I greatly dislike it when people just lump all similar goddesses together. They are completely different.

I mean, how would she like it if I said, "D.J. Conway, otherwise known as Starhawk, Ann Moura or Bora Becca" ??

Hey, they are all Female Authors who write books on pagan topics - may as well be the same entity, right?

(but I'd like a good, clear resource as well.)
